How season changes daily rates

Multiple transport points inside one city do not create multiple fees: collecting at Podgorica Airport and returning at Podgorica Train Station still uses the Podgorica charge once.
Different cities are added together. Podgorica pickup and Tivat return equals €20 plus €15, or €35. Tivat pickup and free Budva return uses the Tivat charge. No deposit and no card block: what that really means
A security deposit normally removes funds from a traveller's usable budget, while a pre-authorisation can reduce the available limit on the credit card even though it is not a completed charge. Under Montenegro Rent a Car's standard confirmed conditions, neither is required. There is no cash security deposit and no guarantee amount blocked on the card.
