Driver and documents
The main driver must present a valid driving licence, passport or identity document and meet the age and driving-experience requirements confirmed for the selected vehicle.
Handover and return
The vehicle is recorded at handover and must be returned at the agreed place and time, with the agreed fuel level and in comparable condition. Delays or location changes must be communicated promptly.
Permitted use
The vehicle may be driven only by authorised drivers and may not be used for racing, towing, unlawful activity or outside approved territories. Cross-border travel requires prior written approval.
Price and deposit
The confirmed reservation states the rental price, included services, optional extras and any deposit. Additional costs arise only from agreed extras, damage, fines, missing fuel or contract violations.
