Cancellation requests must be sent through the published contact channels and include the reservation reference.
Unless a confirmed offer states otherwise, cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup is free. Late cancellation, no-show or early return may be charged according to the confirmed reservation terms and costs already incurred.
Date, time, location and vehicle changes depend on availability and may change the price. Montenegro Rent a Car will present the revised terms before confirmation.
Where a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the relevant provider.
If Montenegro Rent a Car cannot provide the confirmed vehicle, an appropriate alternative or refund will be offered.
