What useful rental feedback should describe
Customer feedback is most helpful when it explains the vehicle, pickup location, communication and return—not when it repeats a generic rating.
Context makes a review valuable
A review can mention whether the airport meeting point was clear, the car matched the reserved category, pricing was explained and support responded when the itinerary changed. Personal or booking-sensitive details should not be published.
Moderated, not rewritten
Submitted reviews enter the management queue before publication. Moderation removes spam, private data and abusive content; it should not change the customer’s meaning. Reviews are not purchased and negative but genuine feedback should be handled through service improvement.
